Direct capital,
posted to your ledger. No brokers · No layers · No middlemen

DA BH Deals commits its own capital to operating businesses across the United States — underwritten in-house, entered by hand, honored to the last line.

The merchant funding market runs on layers — brokers passing the file along, intermediaries collecting on the spread, marketplaces routing applications to whichever shop bids fastest. Owners often discover, well after signing, that the people they spoke to were not the ones writing the check.

DA BH Deals keeps a different kind of book. One underwriter reads your statements, one offer is entered in the ledger, and the wire moves from our own balance sheet. The terms quoted at intake are the terms signed and the terms honored — no revision, no reissue, no surprise.

Entries clear the book in a single day. Most receive a decision the morning they arrive, with the wire moving inside twenty-four hours of countersignature.

The Layered-Capital Problem

Most "lenders" are introducers.

The merchant funding market runs on layers — brokers passing the file along, ISOs collecting on the spread, marketplaces routing applications to whichever shop bids fastest. Owners often discover, well after signing, that the people they spoke to were not the ones writing the check.

  • 0002·APricing assembled from factor rates and side fees that surface at signature, not at intake.
  • 0002·BBoilerplate programs that read past your industry, your seasonality, and your runway.
  • 0002·CA relay race of intermediaries — none of whom can speak for the funder behind them.
  • 0002·DSilence after the wire — no analyst on the account, no team that knows the book.

We keep
one book.

DA BH Deals underwrites and funds from its own balance sheet. Each application moves through one underwriter, one decision, one wire. The terms read at intake are the terms signed and the terms honored — without revision, without reissue, without surprise.

From Application to Wire

Three lines.
One ledger.

0003·A · Present

Open the account.

Send a brief application and your most recent business bank statements. Five minutes of your time. No hard credit pull at intake. No obligation, no chase.

0003·B · Post

Entered in the book.

Our underwriters read the statements in-house and post a clear offer — typically the same day. Cost, schedule, and structure are on the page before any signature.

0003·C · Wire

Credited to yours.

Countersign the agreement and the wire moves from our balance sheet to yours. Most accounts clear inside twenty-four hours of approval.

How We Keep the Book

Capital that is entered,
not assembled.

From application to wire — what working with a direct fund actually looks like, and the four working principles the ledger is kept to on every account.

Structure

Ruled around
the account.

No two operations breathe at the same rhythm. We read your deposit cadence, your seasonality, and your runway before drafting a structure — then draft the structure to fit. The template never decides the account.

Each entry written for the operation, not against a script.

0004·B
Pace

Posted at
teller speed.

Applications reach the underwriters the day they come in. Most receive a response within hours — not after a syndication meeting, not after the file is shopped, not next week.

Most accounts clear from approval to wire inside twenty-four hours.

Pricing

Quoted is
wired.

The factor rate, the total payback, and the schedule sit on the page before any signature. No back-end deductions at funding. No surprise debits later. The number you read at intake is the number we honor.

Pricing is entered once, signed once, held once.

0004·D
Continuity

One window,
end to end.

From the first call through the last debit, the account stays with the people who opened it. No call-center handoff, no rotating reps, no introduction to a stranger after the wire clears.

A direct line — to the people who keep the book.

A Note on Capital

The working standard.

The strongest capital relationships are written so both sides win — because we are only repaid when the operation succeeds.

DA BH Deals was formed on a plain conviction: business owners deserve a funder with skin in the deal — not a forwarder collecting a margin between two strangers.

Working Principles

What sets the window apart.

  • Pricing on the page — no back-end fees, no surprise debits.
  • Same-day decisions written by in-house underwriters.
  • One account team from approval through final payment.
  • Structures shaped to actual cash flow, not to a template.
  • A direct line to the people who keep the book.

Schedule of Programs

Five structures.
Each with a fit and a misfit.

Each of the structures below answers a different operating reality. We name the fit and the misfit on every one — because the wrong structure costs more than no capital at all.

Account Classes

Direct funding
at every credit profile.

FICO is one line in the ledger. Revenue, deposit pattern, and existing exposure each carry weight of their own. Below: an honest map of how we read each profile.

07
DA BH Deals Account Classes · A / B / C No. 0007
A
Class A · Prime

680–800 FICO · Strong Revenue · Clean History

  • Monthly payment programs at our best in-house factor rates
  • Asset-backed revolving credit eligibility
  • Lowest direct-funder pricing we write
  • Highest approval ceilings available

The strongest position. Consistent deposit history unlocks the lowest pricing we offer.

B
Class B · Near-Prime

600–679 FICO · Moderate Revenue

  • Monthly payment structures available with strong revenue
  • Factor rates beginning at 1.17
  • Hybrid bi-weekly payment schedules
  • Consolidation structures may apply

Strong deposit patterns offset credit gaps. Underwriting weights cash flow heavily here.

C
Class C · Cash-Flow Driven

Below 600 FICO · Deposit-Driven Approval

  • Weekly payment structures
  • Daily payment structures
  • Approval keyed to deposit volume and frequency
  • Monthly programs are not written at this profile

We structure conservatively here — only what your deposits can carry. We pass on accounts that don't make sense.

Note. FICO is one line — not the ledger. Class A begins at 680, Class B covers 600–679, Class C runs below 600. Final approval reads against average monthly deposits, deposit frequency, count of negative days, and existing exposure. A 670 account with weak deposits often qualifies for less than a 610 account with strong, consistent flow. We read all of it before pricing the entry.

The Full Read

What the ledger
weighs.

0008·A

Average Monthly Deposits

The starting line for every account. We typically structure between 75% and 150% of monthly deposits, depending on class and program.

0008·B

Deposit Frequency

How often the money lands counts as much as how much. Steady daily deposits read healthier than sporadic large ones.

0008·C

Negative Days

Days closing in the red are a real flag. More than five to seven a month sharply reduces both options and approval ceiling.

0008·D

Existing Positions

Active advances cap what we will write. Heavy stacking is the quickest way to limit options and raise risk.

0008·E

FICO & Credit Profile

Personal credit shapes program access and pricing — though strong revenue and deposit patterns can offset lower scores.

0008·F

Approval Ceiling

The maximum we will write given everything combined. Calculated before structuring, so the account is never over-leveraged on day one.

Questions at the Window

Plain answers,
no fine print.

No sales script, no sleight of hand. Below: what working with a direct fund actually looks like, in the words we would use across the counter.

09
DA BH Deals Questions at the Window No. 0009
Q.01What makes DA BH Deals different?+
We underwrite and fund from our own balance sheet. You see the full cost before any signature, you speak with the same team from intake to final payment, and the answer to every funding question comes from the people who keep the book — not from a partner the file was forwarded to.
Q.02How quickly can the account fund?+
Most applications receive a same-day decision. Once countersigned, the wire typically lands within twenty-four hours. The process is engineered for the speed an operating business actually needs.
Q.03What does it cost? Are there hidden fees?+
No hidden fees. The factor rate, total payback, and full schedule sit on the page before signature. The price quoted is the price wired against. Transparency on day one is how we build accounts that pay back.
Q.04What is required to apply?+
A short application and your most recent three months of business bank statements. That's the start. No hard credit pull at intake. We may request additional documentation depending on program and amount, and will always say exactly what's needed.
Q.05What if the operation already carries positions?+
We work with stacked files regularly. Depending on revenue, deposits, and current exposure, positions can sometimes be consolidated into a single schedule — or new capital written alongside what's there. We read the full picture and offer honest options.
Q.06Can you help us move toward longer-term financing?+
Yes. Many accounts begin in short-term capital and graduate to monthly programs or asset-backed revolving credit. We map a path from where the operation sits to where it's headed — and say clearly what it takes to get there.
Q.07What are the minimum qualifications?+
Generally six months in operation, $15,000+ in monthly revenue, and an active business bank account. FICO matters but isn't everything — strong deposits and consistent revenue absorb a great deal. Apply and we will say exactly where the account stands.
Q.08Who is on the account after funding?+
The same team that opened it. We do not vanish after the wire clears. There's a direct line to the people managing the account for renewals, questions, or anything else that arises. One number, one team.

A question we didn't cover? Ask, and you'll hear it straight.

What We Don't Do

Direct Funder · Not a Referral Source

DA BH Deals deploys revenue-based and merchant cash advance products from its own balance sheet. We do not broker SBA loans, do not refer files to bank lenders, and do not shop applications to third parties. If your operation needs a bank product, your bank is the right call — not our window.

Our products are commercial financing transactions, not consumer loans. We do not hold a lending license and do not need one for these products.
